Refund Policy

The applicable refund process depends on where and when you purchased Cleezi. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
Microsoft Store refund process
Cleezi subscriptions cost $9.9 USD per month and are billed by Microsoft Store. Microsoft determines refund eligibility, processing, timing, and the payment method used for any refund under its Store policies and applicable law. Use the Microsoft account that made the purchase to review the order or submit a refund request.
For purposes of Cleezi support and refund assessment, completing one AI analysis counts as using the cleanup function even if no file is actually deleted. Starting a scan that does not produce a completed analysis does not by itself count as use.
Support with subscription issues
Contact zhuangzihan@zephyrlab.top if a completed Microsoft Store purchase is not recognized, a subscription status is incorrect, or a paid feature is unavailable. Include the Microsoft order reference and the account email only when needed for support. Do not send full card numbers, passwords, or payment authentication codes.
Microsoft remains responsible for payment disputes, refunds, renewals, and cancellation processing.
Canceling renewal
Cancel renewal through your Microsoft account. Cancellation normally prevents the next charge while leaving access available until the end of the current paid period, subject to Microsoft's Store rules. Uninstalling Cleezi does not cancel the subscription.
