These terms apply to Cleezi for Windows and this website. Read them before using the software or related services.
The service
Cleezi is the international edition of Qingxi. It analyzes Windows drive metadata and provides AI-assisted storage reports, cleanup recommendations, and advice about reinstalling applications on another drive. Cloud analysis requires an internet connection.
Recommendations support your judgment and may be incomplete or incorrect. No particular amount of recovered space or cleanup result is guaranteed.
Your files and cleanup decisions
Use Cleezi only on devices and data you are authorized to access. Review the path, file list, explanation, and risk information before confirming cleanup. Back up important files. Confirmed deletion is permanent.
Files that have changed, are locked, or cannot be accessed may be skipped. Administrator access used to measure protected locations does not mean those locations are safe to delete. Software should be moved by uninstalling and reinstalling it, rather than deleting its installation folder.
Free download and included services
Cleezi is available as a free download from Microsoft Store. Local drive scanning, the space usage overview, and viewing locally saved reports do not require a subscription. An active subscription provides new cloud AI reports, file and folder recommendations with reasons and risk notes, cleanup review and confirmation, and advice on reinstalling applications on another drive.
Completing one AI analysis counts as using the cleanup function, even when you do not delete any files.
Price, taxes, and recurring subscription
Cleezi costs $9.9 USD per month through Microsoft Store. The subscription renews automatically each billing period unless you cancel it through your Microsoft account before the next renewal. Applicable sales tax, VAT, or similar taxes may be added. Microsoft Store shows the final amount and currency before you confirm the purchase.
Microsoft may change the price or subscription terms. Any change to a future billing period is subject to the notice and consent process required by Microsoft and applicable law.
Subscription access
You do not need to create a Cleezi account. Cleezi verifies the active subscription using a Microsoft Store purchase credential and the Microsoft account that made the purchase. Internet access is required for subscription verification and cloud analysis.
If a subscription is canceled or payment is not completed, paid features remain available only for the current paid period unless Microsoft states otherwise. Local scanning and reports already saved on your device remain available.
Microsoft Store billing and management
Microsoft Store processes subscription payments, applicable taxes, receipts, renewals, payment-method changes, cancellations, and refunds. Cleezi does not receive your full payment card number, security code, or Microsoft account password.
Use your Microsoft account to manage the subscription, update payment details, cancel renewal, review order history, or request a refund.
Acceptable use
Do not forge purchase credentials, bypass service limits, share or resell access without authorization, interfere with the service, or process data unlawfully. Automated bulk usage and attacks against service infrastructure are prohibited.
Availability and third parties
Maintenance, network conditions, permission restrictions, and third-party outages can interrupt scanning or cloud analysis. Locally saved reports remain on your device. Purchases made through an external platform are managed under that platform's rules.
Consumer rights and updates
These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. Material changes will be described on this page with an updated date. New purchase terms will be shown before you agree to them.
